As we wind down these past few weeks of the year, it's natural to and wise to engage in a little bit of reflection.
What have been some of your favorite things about this year? What would you do over (to make it better, not just to reexperience it bc it was awesometastic :) ) if you could?
Seniors, what will you miss about this place as you leave us behind? // Juniors, what are you looking forward to next year?

I'll definitely miss Mrs. Amann's religions class. It was amazing. I would change my work habits; I've been slacking. I look forward to having an awesome senior year, graduating, and starting my life even though the future is a bit scary.
I think this year was especially nice because I figured out who I am and also who my real friends are. My favorite thing about this year was the also my least favorite. I experienced a loss which was the hardest thing I have ever had to go through but through that I gained a family. I wish I could do this year over just so I could spend some more time with Logan. He seriously made this year one of the best years of my life, and I will never forget a single memory/moment I shared with him. I am really looking forward to becoming even closer with the Wells family and spending this summer with them. I am very thankful to have had these last three years of high school with Logan, and with all of our friends. My high school experience here at El Dorado will never be forgotten.
I third that and i believe gavin should be up there to. also i will miss my track team this year. I have made a lot of memories with them and i will miss them all in the future
Going to prom was the greatest moment of my life at EDHS, obviously. And I'll miss everybody, even the ones that I dislike, strangely, as Holden Caulfield(Catcher in the Rye) might say.
Ill miss everything about about high school. I love school and especially our school. I do wish I would have done ASB for more than 1 year. It made my year 10x better and it made me feel so unified to the school. I will miss the friends i made in my classes the most, and it will be weird knowing I wont see them everyday and the same time. I'm really excited for the next chapter but i will forever miss and cherish my high school years.
I will definitely miss all the friends i have made here and all the memories we've had. I will be seeing some of them though at occ(Dee and some others) so im excited for that and i wish all the juniors an awesome last year of hs!! Watch out for senioritis(IT HITS YOU HARD)
This year has been great. I am really going to miss my time in high school very much next year. It is weird to think that i wont see some people ever again after high school ends. I am going to cherish my last couple of weeks here at El Dorado. This year has gone by so fast and i can't believe it is coming to an end. I am very excited to start college and create new memories in my life.
This year has gone by so fast and I can't believe it's almost over. I've loved every aspect of high school and I can't imagine what college will be like. I'm gonna miss the everyday little things like passing people in the halls and seeing them around at lunch. I feel so comfortable here at school with all my friends. I'm definitely going to miss all of them as we go our separate ways. High school has been a great 4 years and El Dorado is and always will be a big part of my life. I'm gonna miss the teachers here cause they care so much about us and want us to succeed in life. I'm also gonna miss ASB, yearbook, and lacrosse so much. Once a hawk always a hawk! :)
I have had an fantastic year with so many great memories. I loved being in choir this year and performing solos and duets in Tinsel and Prism! Also, being in Chemo Girl and Curtains were both amazing experiences. Starting Make A Wish Club and directing Mr. El Dorado was a great learning experience and I can't wait to make it better next year! I am looking forward to new classes next year and a whole bunch of new experiences!
My favorite thing about this year is my love for history with Mr. Thomas! I wish that i could go back and join more clubs, however, next year i plan on being apart of even more! I enjoyed taking an academic elective because i feel as though i got more out of this class and religions than any other elective!!
Although I have nothing to show for from my four years of high school, it has been an incredible experience which i will cherish and keep with me throughout the rest of my life. It has taught me so much academically as well as how to be a better person. I will miss seeing everyone, my teachers, and being part of such a great community of people. I would have liked to have changed a lot regarding the decisions I've made, however the outcome that has been produced is amazing which makes this experience all the more worthwhile.
Because I am switching to a new school next year, I feel as though I will be leaving a lot behind. I will miss the friends I've made at El Dorado over the past 3 years, and I will definitely miss the teachers who I've built close relationships with and view as role models. One of my favorite experiences this past year was Link Crew. Even though I didn't necessarily connect with every single freshman in my group, I've built lasting friendships with one in particular. I am glad to have made her freshman year just a little but easier.
As for next year, I am looking forward to showing my school spirit on the Wolfpack's Varsity Cheer team. Hopefully that will provide me with a core group of friends to overcome the difficulty of starting senior year at a new school
I'll miss the fact that we discussed so much in both World Religions and World Affairs. Even though people don't listen most of the time, I still think that both classes have allowed students to express their opinions more so than any other class on campus. I think that discussion-type classes need to be much more prevalent in schools today, because too often students simply sit and listen to teachers speak, retain the information that they hear, then write it down on a piece of paper to see how much they remembered. There's gotta be more student participation, and I think that classes like world religions and world affairs are contributing to more student participation. However, what i'll miss most of all is learning about religions. World Religions was the one class that I looked forward to every single day, because i knew that i'd learn something fascinating every time I sat down in class. Learning about religions is extremely vital in order to become a great citizen of the world, because regardless of where you go, you can be assured that there will be people following various religions.

What i will miss about high school is the late night homework and the low hours of sleep. i will also dearly miss the petty drama i hear in the halls, but what i will miss the most is the cheese bread at lunch. Stuff is amazing.
