Mrs. Carmona, one of our PYLUSD school board members, visited campus last week. After her visit, she wrote a note about some of the highlights of her visit. This was part of it:
I saw so much evidence that the students and staff at El Dorado really care for each other. The Pass the Positivity with the #ELDOpositivity was just one example. Find a friend and share a complement. What a tremendous idea!

That's so cool how Mrs.Carmona was here during the time the positivity was being passed around. Mrs.Carmona was my 7th grade language arts teacher at ylms. That makes me feel so old since I'm graduating this year.
I wish that #eldopositivity could be more widespread throughout the school! I think it's a wonderful idea and such a better alternative to those "confession" pages and whatnot. Also, I think people at ElDo in general are a closer student body than a lot of other schools I've seen.
