When i here of a drone attack i think of many thing and yes there us no doubt that this is sad and scary that these drone attacks are killing people but if they weren't launched and we didn't kill the known terrorist what would have happened then? I'm all for lessning our drone attacks but you have to think maybe theses civilians where just in the wrong place at the wrong time so maybe it wasn't the US fault? or maybe those civilians where living at where ever the attacks took place and the CIA knew that and still went ahead with the strike in which case there needs to be someone held accountable.

Human Rights Watch accuses the US of breaking international law with drones strikes in Yemen.
America's campaign of drone strikes in Yemen have violated international law and led Yemenis to "fear the US as much as they fear al-Qaeda", according to a report by Human Rights Watch.
The new study documents six US strikes which Human Rights Watch (HRW) says killed 82 people of which at least 57 were civilians, including more than 20 children and six pregnant women.
The waves of attacks by drones, cruise missiles and warplanes have turned large parts of the civilian population against the US and acted as a recruiting tool for al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the report finds.
HRW also accuses the US of failing to live up to the stricter standards for use of drones laid out by President Barack Obama, where he promised they would only be used when there is "near-certainty" civilians will not be killed.
The group calls for criminal prosecutions of US or Yemeni officials found to have broken international law but does not name any individuals
I want to know why the U.S is even launching these drones in Yemen, I understand that there is a threat of al-Qaeda but if innocent civilians are being killed what is truly the purpose of these drone strikes?
