A group of three men and one minor were arrested for the rape and murder of a 23 year old Delhi student in india on tuesday. The minor is only receiving 3 years as it the maximum sentence for a minor. The rest have received the death penalty, but first needs to be reviewed by judges. Even then if they plead to the president it will postpone their death even more.
this story is straight up and down repulsive. first of all, how garbage of a human being do you have to be to do this in the first place. second, how do you live with yourself after your friends recieved the death penalty and you only get three years in prison. smh
I read this article before and I completely agree that the minor's sentence is absolutely unfair. I believe the minor should also be sentenced to the death penalty because he was fully aware of the terrible crime he was committing. He took part in an act which destroyed the life of an innocent individual, how does giving a three year jail sentence justify any of that?
When these things happen, they're terrible to hear about. Rape is a seious crime. If the minor is old enough to be tried as an adult, then he should be held responsible for his actions. It's very sad to hear about the girl; I hope her family gets through this tragedy.

Yeah this was pretty messed up...I think the minor should be tried for the death penalty as well since he committed the same crime as those who are adults and given the death penalty
the minor shouldve gotten the death penalty as well! thats really unfair for the minor to live because the minor is just as disgusting as the other three
The minor should be tried as an adult. He was old enough to know what he was doing. He is just as bad as the other men and should not recieve any different punishment.
