Canada Dismemberment Trial Date Set

A former Canadian porn star is accused of killing, dismembering, and having sex with the dismembered corpse of his Chinese lover, Jun Lin. He had planned on sending parts of the body to several political parties in Canada.

The trial is now set to start in September of 2014.

If this happend in the US he would most likely be given the death penalty. For sure life in prison.

Capital punishment (the death penalty) is not allowed in Canada. I just looked it up. It was abolished in the 1960s.

I personally believe he deserves the death penalty for this hainous crime, but that is just my belief.

This man should rot and die in prison. what kind of sick mind would think and act on this. Here he would get the death penalty without a doubt. The fact that his man is a porn star throws off al my reasoning. I think he fantasised a little to harshly this time and he will be punished for it.
