A Panga boat smuggling drugs into California has been seized by narcotics investigators. Narcotics detectives recovered 500 plastic-wrapped bales of marijuana at Arroyo QUemada beach Sunday morning.

The 2,000 lbs of drugs have an estimated street value of four million dollars. Detectives also found evidence of marijuana smuggling, including trash that was strewn around the beach.

2,000 POUNDS OF MARIJUANA?!?! That's so much. The police really scored big when they got that off the streets.

I wonder what they do with all of the marijuana once they've gone to court and used it as evidence and such....?

To Lauren: They take it to a special factory where it is burned and turned into a vapor kind of smoke.... Or so they say...
