A man in New Mexico has a billboard with a picture of him holding an outline of a baby that reads, "This Would Have Been A Picture Of My 2-Month Old Baby If The Mother Had Decided To Not KILL Our Child!". His ex-girlfriend is taking him to court for violation of privacy and for harassment. Also, her friends say she had a miscarriage not an abortion. The man's lawyer is citing freedom of speech and the case of the Westboro Bapist Church.

Who's right? Freedom of speech or right to privacy? If her friends are right, is this libel?

how is it invasion of privacy if it didn't even include any information abouit her in the billboard?

you can tell who he is by the billboard and if you know him you know his ex-girlfriend
