Almost everyone has stayed at a hotel once in their life. If so, you know about all of the stuff in your rooms. Some of which the hotel acctually wants you to take. Others of which, they really dont and will charge you if you do. Here is a list:
They want you to take: -pens -pencils -stationary -post cards -lotions -shampoos -conditioners -soaps -stress balls -little toys -free snacks (not the one's in the fridge, usually given in a giftbasket left on your bed or coffee table) -Robes -Slippers -umbrellas (mainly in seattle, san francisco, and new york) -eco bags with hotel logo on them (new item) -bibles and some books
They dont want you to take: -sheets -pillows -duvets -towels -pillow cases -clocks -laundry bags -batteries and light bulbs (weird, i know.) -wall art or pictures -ipod docks or stereos/radios
Though alot of these most people wouldnt even think about, hotels have many stories about the crazy things that vanish from their rooms quite often.(Including furnature somehow)
What do you think about this? Did you know about any of this before? Have you ever taken something from a hotel?
i havent but my mom is a freak about taking all the shampoos and little conditioners she can she has a whole drawer in her bathroom filled with them..the hotels expect that though. I wouldnt think of taking the furniture or anything valuble for them i think its pretty obvious what you should and shouldnt take
hmm furniture? cant say that i have thought about taking that or even many other things it said they dont want you to take. I do however take the shampoo and soap and that stuff ha
People these days will do anything to get stuff for free.
I usually dont take any of those things because usually the shampoo and conditioner arent that good but I never knew that they wanted you to take the Bibles.
