Abuse Trails Central American Girls Into Gangs

i think girls joing gangs is horrible. joining gangs in general though is horrible. Girls just could be taken advantage of in a more long term way, such as being mentally scared because of the types of things and abuse they have to go through just to be accepted in the gang. Very violent enviroment, they shouldnt join.

i think it's sad that girls can't find love and acceptance, so they have to turn to such horrid things as gangs. from the outside, it may look like a better life then the one they are currently living but it isn't and they quickly learn that. young girls shouldn't have to put up with the abuse and shouldn't have to go through that to find "love". i just think it is very sad and hopefully the government will keep working on stopping the gangs and things will become better for women.

i think its terrible that girls are begining to join gangs. its sad that this is the way things are ending up. i mean same as boys, and girls neither of them should join gangs but especially girls, i think there is way more abuse and they are way easier to take advantage of. bad idea for sure.

girls joining gangs are obviously bad, but that can be the same with guys and girls just trying to find acceptance.

the best way to deal with that issue is to teach kids young about gangs in that country so they wont follow that trend.

Its really sad that this girl was so young and has been through so much. What really surprised me was the girl having to have sex with a bunch of guys to be in the gang..what kind of gang is it like the biggest sluts? seriously thats sad and disturbing. I think this girl will carry guilt for the rest of her life for the choices she made while she was in the gang.

I think that it is just wrong for women to join gangs. They are just used for whatever the gang wants them to do. Their lives will never be the same after doing stuff like have sex just to get into the gang. It is not a good thing.

This is just sad. It's horrible that this is what the world has come to. NO ONE should be in gangs. Especially girls. They are used for sex, and other things. Very violent things. And once you are involved in something like a gang..it is hard to leave it behind you. It's something that sticks with you, and is dangerous. For the rest of your life.
