Do you think that this is violating human rights?

I believe this is a huge violation of human right. Discrimination is wrong. People should be able to love who they want no matter if same gender.
And that governor is an idiot.
yes it is a violation of human rights because your discriminating against people who are just who they are and aren't going to change just because of a law being passed.
This is obviously a violation of human rights. To refuse service to someone due to one's sexual orientation is simply wrong and completely unnecessary. This really has nothing to do with religious freedom because these people are only targeting the gay community and aren't even targeting people of other religious beliefs.
This is a direct violation of Human Rights as decided in 1968 via the Civil Rights Act. It was stated then, and as it SHOULD have remained, that under nor circumstance can any woman, man, or child be discriminated against upon any basis. Moreover, terming this act a "religious freedom" act is pure blasphemy. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution firstly guarantees the permanent separation between church and state-something this act blatantly violates. The Amendment secondly guarantees total freedom of expression and practice of religion, HOWEVER it also guarantees freedom from exposure to others religion. This, in lay man's terms, means that your religion should remain your own, and should not-for lack of better terminology-be "forced down others' throats". Finally, I cannot recollect any religion we learned about in Mrs. Amann's course that qualified denying services to others based upon any predetermined characteristics. This act is not a "religious freedom" act, but an act of ignorance in hopes to attempt to bar against those who do not fit the "norm".
Yes this is a violation! I do not know why there is so much debate on this topic when there is one true answer (and it is so embarrassing how we are not there yet in 2015). Everyone who is an American Citizen deserves the same rights. Personal sexuality should not be the identifier who has freedom and who doesn't- same with gender and the color of skin. Bottom line is that religion is in the way. Everyone has different world views and beliefs which is beautiful, but when it interferes with someone else in a violent or hurtful way, it's not okay. Church and State are separate. period. Why can't everyone have tolerance and believe that everyone is equal??
This definitely violates human rights. Why should someones religious views give them the right to deny someone else for their sexual orientation? Being religious shouldn't entitle you to more human rights than others.
I think that this is a giant violation of Human Rights. I think that these people should have the right to marry and do business wherever they please. I don't these kinda of laws will last long even if they are enacted.
I believe this a violation of human rights. Anyone should be able to marry whoever it is that they want. People should definitely have the right to marry whoever it is that they may be in love with. Sexual orientation should not matter if the couple is happy and in love
This new law would be a violation of human rights. Sexual orientation should not be a a factor in how businesses decide who to serve. Everyone should be treated with equal fairness and be given the same opportunity.
I think this is a violation of human rights. I don't see how it is anyones business what people do with their life and have the audacity to say who they can or cannot love. Everyone deserves happiness. People will do as they so well please. Indianna I am embarrassed for you.
