Two lorries and a bus have collided in Tanzania's highland region of Iringa, killing 41 people, police say.
One of the lorries' containers fell on to the bus that had been heading to Dar es Salaam, crushing many passengers to death, he said.

What should the country do in response to this? Who do you feel should take the blame for this accident? Should the driver be blamed for trying to avoid a pothole, and accidentally causing a worse accident?
I don't think it is the bus drivers fault because he was trying to avoid one crash but in doing that he just made a worse crash. To me there is nothing that there could have been done to avoid any of this happening. It is no ones fault it was just something that couldn't be avoided.
I feel that the bus driver is responsible for the deaths, but so is the country of Tanzania because of their poorly paved roads. If the street had been properly taken care of, the driver would not have swerved in order to avoid the pothole and never would have crashed into the train. If maintenance work had been done, all of the people would probably still be alive. As a pro-caution against future accidents, I suggest that Tanzania gets to work on their roads.
I feel like it isn't the bus drivers fault or anyone's fault at all. However, I think that the Tanzanian government and construction should be more cautious about dangerous things like potholes that they could have fixed to prevent this accident from ever happening.
I think it is the drivers fault for causing such an accident, but I also think that it is also the governments fault because they need to take better care of their infrastructure.
The bus driver should be at fault because a driver should always be alert for potential accidents and how to prevent them. However, the government should take notice of this incident and fix up there infrastructure.
I don't think there is much the country can do in response. It was the drivers fault regardless, since he was the one driving the vehicle. However, I do not think he should be blamed. If the road conditions are not great then that is a big factor.
I feel that this was an accident and the bus drive had no intention of killing people. I also think that there should be better roads. Unfortunately accidents do occur.
I think it was just an accident and there is no one to blame. Fixing the roads will help and i do think they should respond by fixing them to be more safe.
I believe that this was an accident due to the poor infrastructure. The government needs to step up and fix the roads to avoid accidents like these from happening
I don't think they need to blame a specific person or group because it was an accident and no one purposely crashed the bus or put the container there.
