Any thoughts/reflections about the presentation you heard from Austin Wintory? (what did you like? what did you not like? any thoughts it inspired for you?)

I like how he acknowledged people who gave him positive feedback on his soundtrack via youtube. It shows that he cares and takes pride in his own work.
He deserves recognition for the amazing musical score in the game Journey. If he was the creator of that music, i personally want to thank him for making that
I appreciated that Mr. Wintory continues to enjoy his work and that he acknowledged those that also found joy in his work and expressed their gratitude publicly. In addition to his gratefulness, I thought that he also possessed the quality of being humble, which is commonly lacking among majority of successful people.
I really liked him, his story is very inspiring and the fact that he thanks and appreciates his audience is just as good. There aren't alot of artists nowadays that truly appreciate their listeners the way he does.
I really enjoyed his answer to the question: "What is you favorite color?" It was a new way of thinking that I completely understood it. I admire that that was his honet answer. Shows how passionate he is about his job. His actions are also a great influence to many others. It's so amazing for artist to really care about their work and how others respond to it. I love how he stays connected it such a nice way. More people should learn from him.
I really enjoyed having Mr. Wintory coming to speak with us. It was interesting how his gratitude to those listening to his music ultimately made him arguably the best video game composer ever. I also loved his sophisticated vocabulary as it showed that he really knows how to address crowds and is incredibly intelligent.
I think he was very interesting and to think that he did not come from a family with a music background makes it that much greater. He was not someone's shadow and he did his own thing to become successful and that is amazing
I also really enjoyed the fact that unlike most people who make it big, he is very thankful for his supporters and followers. That truly shows the kind of person he is.(:
