Mexico deports record numbers of women and children in US-driven effort

This article talks about how mexico is stopping men women and children from crossing the border. Many have been captured during security operations targeting train and bus routes. All of the people are running from poverty and violence.

Do you think it is right to not let them come pass into California?

I don't think it is right not to let these people pass into the United States. These women and children are trying to escape poverty and violence in their home countries and they should not be prevented from seeking safety. The Mexican government says that they are trying to keep the immigrants safe from organized crime but in doing so, they are forcing them to find new, more dangerous, routes to America.

I think it is right for them to stop people from crossing the border because they need to go through the proper steps and paperwork in order to cross the border legally. Once they complete these steps, they should be aloud to cross.

i think they should be let in, but should still pay taxes and do everything Americans do.

I think once they complete all required forms and paperwork they should be admitted, but I don't think they should be allowed if they don't pay taxes and just soak up the benefits of living here.

Their attempt to flee Mexico just goes to show how dangerous and unstable things are going for them back home. They are trying to escape poverty and violence, and they have no other choice. its a way of survival.

If the U.S. really doesn't want illegal immigrants, they should fix up the border security to prevent aliens from getting in and not just deporting the ones that they happen to come across on our land. However, I feel the U.S. needs to stand for civil liberties and help the people living in our nation legal or not who are suffering. The U.S. needs to make immigration an easier task so that the everyone living here abides by the same rules and are offered the same rights.

I think it is wrong to turn them away but at the same time the United States already has a lot of people. We don't need more homeless people on the streets.

I don't think what they are doing is wrong because I believe that these people should have to go through the government to get into out country. I do think that it is unfortunate but I do think that it must be done in a law view.
