Pope Francis invites Israeli, Palestinian leaders to Vatican peace talks. Once again, the middle East try to come to an agreement. They have been having many conflicts. Do you think the religion war in Middle East will ever end? How do you feel about religion wars?
I do not think the religion war in the middle east will end because they will always want to change others beliefas and will always find something to fight about. It is dumb to fight about religion, especially start wars about it.
"Building peace is difficult, but living without peace is a constant torment. The men and women of these lands, and of the entire world, all of them, ask us to bring before God their fervent hopes for peace." This is a quote from Francis, talking about this topic of religion wars and the wanting of an agreement. I agree with him in that quote. Yes the road to peace will be long and difficult, but it's a better road to take than living without peace or the want of peace. I'm not sure if this war will end, and I feel that religion wars will never go away ever.
I feel like religion wars are very unnecessary. People will always have different opinions on religions and its very dumb to fight about religion. I don't think the war will end in the Middle East.
The religious wars can end but it may take a while and a lot of negotiating. Religious wars are wrong people should not be attacked for what they believe.
I see religion as a personal view and one that should not be imposed on others so i disagree with any conflict or war that invovles or starts with religion. I feel like it might end in the very far future but not anytime soon.
I do not think that the religion war in the middle east will ever come to an end. I do not think much of religious wars but it really amazes me to see that people cannot just accept others' views on something so they start a war over it.
I do not think the religion wars will ever end, as sad as that may sound. There is already too much bad blood down there and even if the leaders try to instate peace, the people often still fight and people still die. I honestly have no idea how to make the war and the killing stop, and if anybody actually did, i bet there would be more of an effort to stop the wars by the international community. I don't think war should ever be the answer for a difference in morals and beliefs. You cant make people compromise what they think. I feel the only time war will ever be necessary is to defend ourselves and others when tyrannical people come into power and hurt their people or others.
As much as I want to say that this war will end, I really don't know. I hate these wars because religion doesn't advocate war, people just create it themselves.
War will never cease to exist as long as man is alive. I hate religious wars because I feel as though they are often a mask for people to go to war using religion as a cover, so that they can acheive the political and economic gains that they want.
I think that it's awesome that efforts are being made in order for the three Abrahamic religions to exist in harmony. It's especially sad that so much conflict is waged between these three religions because of how similar they are.
I don't think this war will end anytime soon because there are too many disagreements on moral issues and they are never going to come to a compromise.
No I don't think this war will be ending anytime soon because everyone always thinks no matter what they believe their religion is the right one and there are many people that change their beliefs because they don't know what to believe.
