Protesters in Venezuela condemn a wide variety of problems, such as rampant crime, high inflation, and shortage of basic supplies. Many people have either been seriously wounded or died during the protests and riots. President Nicolas Maduro, declared martial law to contain the situation.
Do you think the US should be involved to resolve this problem?

I think the U.S. feels like it's our obligation as the major world power to protect other countries, and I don't necessarily agree with that. I think we should let their government handle it and only intervene when we have to.
I believe the U.S. has moral responsibility to help the underdeveloped countries as the only major power, yet if the people of the U.S. do not want the direct U.S. government's involvement, they would consider the way to "help," not "fix" the problem, them indirectly. Leaving the problems of other countries just because they are not our problem will eventually hit back on us somehow, someday.
The US shouldn't be involved unless the problems in Venezuela begin to effect our own country. Unless the situation becomes extreme, I don't think that we should involve ourselves. We need to be more concerned about ourselves and what we can be doing to improve our nation before we can begin to lend others a helping hand.
The U.S should not get involved in the conflict and should let their government take care of it. Maybe if it got too out of hand then just maybe the U.S should help a little.
I feel like if we became involved in Venezuela, it would only create more problems at home, but at the same time we are a country that prides itself in helping those in need. I think the president should send some troops to try and contain the situation, but not to the point where we would be heavily occupying the country. The Venezuelans probably wouldn't be too happy about that.
I feel this problem should tried to be resolved by the Venezuela government. Intervention of the US may led to unfriendly feelings on either side, depend on who the US helps. Although if the Venezuela is unable to solve this issue in a certain amount of time, the US should intervene peacefully without the use of troops. Possibly helping in negotiations between the two groups leading to a compromise.
I do not think that we should get involved in this. I think that if we get involved, it would only create more problems for us and we should just let their government take care of it.
I don't think the US government should get involved because we have some of the same issues here in America and we need to fix ours first priority. The US should offer support and guidance but not physically get involved.
I think the U.S. should only get involved if another country is attacking Venezuela and are in serious need of help. If it is just a protest issue, I believe Venezuela can resolve it themselves.
I think U.S. as a nation should improve the quality of our hand before we start lending it to others. Not thinking negatively towards the U.S., instead saying that we too have multiple problems on our plate that should be addressed.
The US often times acts as the mother or guardian of the world. I don't agree with this and I don't think its what the US should continue acting like it. I do, however, think that if another question needs and asks for help, a lending hand isn't a negative thing. If Venezuela needs and asks for help, then by all means, the US should help out. If not, the US should stay out of it.
