It's November, and among other things, it means for many people the start of "Thirty Days of Thankfulness" - the challenge of expressing each day, typically on some social media platform, something for which you are thankful.
Is this an activity in which you traditionally participate? Do you think you might do it this year?
Even if you're not going to go the whole month, what is something you are thankful for TODAY (not meaning it has to be happening today, but something that it strikes you today that you particularly appreciate)?!
Thankfulness: always a win

I'm thankful for my grandma, my parents, Mr. Hahn, and Mr. Samson because they all pushed and inspired me to be the musician I am today and will help contribute to the musician I'll be in the future
This being Homecoming week and all, I've been thinking the past few days about the whole idea of coming home - teaching at the school I attended and raising my kids in the community where I grew up was definitely not part of my life plan when I was doing the attending and up-growing, but how lucky (and thankful!) I am that life doesn't always turn out like we plan!
I am thankful that this is my home.
El Dorado was such a special and nurturing and empowering place for me as a student, and I am thankful that I got to "come home" to it and (hopefully, at least in some small measure) pay those gifts forward as a teacher. I feel like Placentia is the biggest small town in California and I'm thankful my kids are growing up in such a connected community. I'm thankful that I live among friends and work among invested and caring people. And I'm thankful for our new home and that it has a POOL! :)

I'm thankful that the holiday season is coming! During this time of the year, I feel like everyone is much nicer to each other. It is a time of family and friends and helping everyone around you. During this season, people come together to help each other out and always offer a cheerful "Happy Thanksgiving!" or "Merry Christmas" even to toaly strangers. I'm thankful that I can experience all this with the great people I have around me, especially knowing that this may be the last year I'll be living at home to enjoy it.
I'm thankful for being surrounded by such a loving and supportive family! I am also thankful for the upcoming three day weekend and Thanksgiving break :)
I am thankful for All of my family and friends for loving me and supporting me :) we are going to have a lot of fun pigging out at the Thanks Giving dinner.
