Israeli forces fatally shot a Palestinian man they had been sent to arrest in a refugee camp early Tuesday, according to the Israeli military and relatives of the Israeli military and relatives of the man.
He tried to escape. It's not like they meant for the shot to have been lethal, they just tried to stop him from running. The other injuries were just because the other people in the camp were throwing stones and firebombs at the soldiers. The full blown riot would have killed all of the soldiers had they not defended themselves.
