Michigan Boy Finds Finger Piece in Arby's Sandwich

A Michigan teen made a gruesome discovery after biting into an Arbys roast beef sandwich. It turns out, this sandwich contained much more than just roast beef!

Ryan Hart bit into what he thought was rubber; however, it was flesh from an unfortunate employees finger.

The employee apparently cut her finger on the meat slicer and left her station to rush to the hospital and her co-workers continued filling orders before they were aware of the food that had been sent out.

The boys mom called 911, and they proceeded to the hospital where Ryans blood was drawn and he was prescribed medication.

 

Should Ryan and his family take legal action against Arby's? What would your reaction be if you found a human finger in your roast beef sandwich?

 I would be LIVID! Arby's workers are careless and need to be taught a lesson about how to keep a clean and organized workplace.

From what I can tell this was an unfortunate accident. The other staff didnt realize the finger was in there. If I was the manager, I would compensate the family for medical expenses and request that they not press charges

That's nasty! I'd probably throw-up if i found a finger in my sandwich. blech. Legal action should be taken.

EWWWWWW that is soo disgusting! I would have definitely freaked out and taken it back to the restaurant and complain because that is just not normal.

There's nothing that the family could really take legal action against except for maybe the medical expenses. I would've cried if that happened to me and I probably would never eat out at a restaurant ever again..

I read this article! The worker should have reported it right away instead of leaving the scene. It is absolutely disgusting that the boy bit into it. I think the family shouldn't take legal actions its not worth it, it will be a funny story to tell in the future for the boy.
