Poll Worker Bit Voter on the Nose

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/45211860/ns/us_news-weird_news/

Apparently, a poll worker was upset with a woman's sign to advocate a certain candidate's campaign.  He was being less than cordiall and a voter stepped in and told him to "stop being an (other word for butt)".  The poll worker proceeded to grab the voter by the neck, and then attempted to bite his nose off.

One comment on the article said:

"I'm so glad that we continue to show the rest of the world how free elections should work."

I thought this was quite funny.  Do you think this will give rise to a higher standard of employee being employed for jobs which can effect the world's viewpoint of a tradition (free elections) we are trying to influence on others?  Although I do not follow politics or news in general very much if we are not in class, this still kind of embarrasses me as an American...
