Should walls be built?
Or should people just deal with it.

I HATE most young children (though there also are many exceptions. :]) So I'd like it.

I think that kids will be kids. It's not hurting anybody, and humanity will never stop having children, so they'll just have to deal with it.

I don't see the need for the walls but I haven't had neighbors with really loud children so maybe I wouldn't understand the situation.

I think I'd like to be free from those kids who can't stop yelling. I wish more little kids were like my mom says I was when I was a baby - quiet.  I don't think we should punish the parents though, just protect the non-annoying people.
