Dr Conrad Murray faces charges in connection with Jackson's death last June, which coroners ruled as homicide. Murray has told investigators he was treating Jackson for insomnia, often using Propofol, a powerful anaesthetic. Jackson died at home on 25 June, after Murray had administered a ****tail of sedatives, including Propofol, Midazolam, Diazepam and the painkiller Lidocaine. Murray maintains that he did not prescribe anything that should have killed the singer, denying any criminal wrongdoing.
i think that he should be charged with involuntary manslaughter. Though he wont admitt to it he did technically prescibe a concoction of drugs that ended up killing him (supported by coroners final decision). So though he probobly didnt mean to kill him he still has to face the consequences for what the outcome was... dealth. So now his actions have repercussions.
It's obvious that Michael Jackson abused those prescription anesthetics and Murray should have been more aware of how often he was taking them, and I think that Murray says he didn't prescribe anything that would kill him however no prescription medicine is supposed to kill you unless you use it in the wrong way or for the wrong reasons so ultimately i do think he should be charged with manslaughter.
I agree with Briana. I've seen a lot of news when doctors accidentally kill their patients. Therefore, he should be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Honestly i love Micheal Jacckson but the man is dead and convicting his doctor wont bring him back alive, micheal defantly had a problem with drugs so everyone should just let it go. let him rest in peace!!!
I think that Murray should have been more careful about the drugs he was proscribing. If what he told him to take was the cause of his death, then he should definately be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
