Are there any of these you already do? Would be willing to do more of? Wouldn't be willing to do?

I already have a lot of fiber in my diet. I eat a lot of fruit and whole grain. I should probably walk more. I get tired from work and school, so I'm quite the couch potato.
Well i do: 1: Eat concord grapes (constantly). 2. Say yes to invites since i am very outgoing and active. 3. Eat lots of raspberries. 4. Run everyday
But i dont: (nor am i willing to) 1. Like to drink tea. 2. Like to eat oatmeal.
And on a positive note i dont drink soda at all so i dont have to worry about switching to seltzer.
Also i LOVE fruits!!!! Strawberries, raspberries, PINEAPPLE, apples, grapes, kiwi, bananas, blueberries, and mangos. And eat whole grain pasta instead of regular.
So i eat pretty healthy and have really good genes. Just need to stay away from those sweets. (Even though i have a large sweet tooth )
