Fifteen people were injured after a shopping cart loaded with petrol cans and firecrackers exploded. Police say a man wheeled the shopping cart into an insurance office inside the mall, after having an issue with a compensation claim. He ran away before it exploded but later handed himself in to officers.

In my opinion I think this is horrible!!! I think that he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Atleast attepted manslaughter IF no one was killed.
