Basically, after a recent poll in Sweden, nearly 6% of Swedish girls were raped in the last year. And one out of every 3 Swedish girls have reported being sexually harassed. Especially the blondes. They get harassed so much that some of them end up dying their hair so people won't figure out they are blond. This rape rate is twice that of the next closest country in rapes, which is England. The government does not seem to be doing anything to prevent this. Some people claim it is because Swedish girls dress provocatively, and others believe it is because the government has been so loose in allowing this to happen that no one is scared of the penalties if they do get caught.
What do you guys think? How should the government handle this raping epidemic? Should the girls dress less provocatively?

I think that the girls should keep dressing however they please. Many girls dress VERY provocatively in the US, yet our rape rate isnt 6%!!! I think that MEN need to control themselves. Honestly, why can't a man just think a woman is attractive and keep it to himself? Must he really harass her....or even rape her?? Also, I think its pretty sad that blondes have to dye their hair just to stopped being harassed. The government definately needs to step up, and dramatically increase punishment on men who commit sexual harassment crimes or rape against women.
dressing in a provocotive way, gives no one the right to rape or sexually harras anyone in anyway. girls may dress that way but the government still needs to put these criminal behinde bars and or sentencing them to death, no one deserves to be treated in such a horrible way. this is just not okay and something needs to be done about it.

The men definitely need to control themselves. Just because a women dresses "provocatively' does not mean they are opening themselves up for guys. It might make them feel more self confident or what not to dress like that. Let them!
