I think my sister has the chicken pox. She has been itching all weekend and she has like 7 little bumps that look like chicken pox, and she has a fever. She had the vaccine though and i remember when i had it i was covered.. ever since the vaccine came out i havent heard of anyone with the chicken pox in such a long time. Im still not 100 % convinced she has it.
Question...
Is chicken pox rare now cuz i havent heard of a case in forever? Especiallly because all these little kids have gotten vaccinated
yea i havent heard much either but its still contagious, unless you have the vaccine so i would recomend, if she does have the chicken pox, to make sure you dont catch it it would suck to have it during graduation

I got the chicken pox the summer before junior year- and it was horrible!! I first felt really sick, got the chills and all. I even felt a little dizzy. Later that day, i found these spots on my arm and stomach- but didn't think much of it. When my mom came home, i showed them to her and she automatically guessed the chicken pox. and that's what they were. i'm no doctor- but i recommend ur sister go check it out. she can take some kind of antibiotic to cure them faster. that's what i was able to do. My parents even had me get the first vaccine when i was little, but i never got the second one- or something like that.

i got the chicken pox in the 8TH GRADE and it was the worst thing that ever happened to me. i got it the first day of christmas break and could do nothing the entire vacation.
I got the chicken pox when i was about 6 or 7. it was horrible! my mom made me sit in the bathtub (COLD WATER) with baking soda. it was torture. haha i think i only had them once. but ive been vaccinated twice. but id recommend taking her to the doctor. if he gives her antibiotics it will go away much faster.
