Remember the senatorial race in Minnesota between the Democratic Al Franken and Republican Norm Coleman? Yeah, it's still going on. The Minnesota Supreme Court will ultimately decide if they want to uphold the lower-court ruling that Al Franken is the winner or not. Meanwhile, most Minnesotans just want to see this end and about 2/3 expect Al Franken to occupy the STILL empty seat for Senator.
I'm not going to lie. It has been half a year now since the November elections and no one has occupied that seat yet. Honestly, I don't care who takes it, Democrat or Republican. A Democratic super-majority cloture vote doesn't happen often, if at all, anyways! Just get it over with so I don't have to hear about it anymore!
Now that I voiced my opinions.... What are yours?

It's Al Franken's seat basically. I remember when Norm Coleman was asking for Franken to concede defeat back on election night. It just sucks the Democrats are going to have a 60 seat filibuster proof congress with a BIGGGGGG SPENDING administration. It's kind of scary. Hopefully Roland Burris loses his TAINTED seat within the year.
