eBay wins L'Oreal UK court case

Online marketplace eBay is not jointly liable for the sale of any counterfeit L'Oreal products through its website, a UK court has ruled.

ebay sells tons of fake products. I've bought some knowingly because cheap ripoffs rule from places like Macau, China.  Bringing a lawsuit to ask ebay to stop selling fake products is kind of stupid to be honest.
