HONOLULU (April 19) - A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to three weeks in jail for urinating on a 66-year-old woman during a Continental Airlines flight last month from Los Angeles to Honolulu.
Jerome Kenneth Kingzio, a resident of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, was sentenced after pleading guilty Tuesday to assault charges in federal court in Honolulu.

The victim was headed to Hawaii on March 21 for a scuba diving vacation and was watching an in-flight movie when Kingzio stood up and began urinating on her. He had been drinking on the flight.
U.S. Attorney Edward Kubo Jr. said the woman reported that not only was her entire vacation ruined, but she continues to suffer emotionally from the incident.

And I think 3 weeks is a tad too short. Maybe a couple months.
Couldnt that count for indecent exposure? He should be fined

Okay well this totally goes back to what we were talking about in class yesterday; "the woman reported that not only was her entire vacation ruined, but she continues to suffer emotionally from the incident."
She's milking this for everything she can get out of it.
I mean, she can just whine and moan about how much this "traumatized" her and will effect her emotionally forever just so she can get a few extra bucks from it.
That's stupid.

Yeah, he deserves punishment, but he was inebriated.
She needs to just shut her trap and move on with her life.

What a drama queen.

I'm curious as to whether it's because he has a mental disorder or because he had a really weak bladder. I've never been peed on (thank God) but I don't think my vacation would be ruined, I would just have a hilarious story when I got back but then again having someone else's urine on me wouldn't be the most pleasant experience, especially since it'd be warm......

yeah maybe the lady was exaggerrating her suffering, but still...very rude and wrong for him to pee on her!!!

That is sooo wierd. why would he do that?? I was just on a plane and the guy in front of me was drunk.. Maybe they should limit the drinks or something haha

and i agree with kevin. The guy should get in trouble, but i think the lady is over doing it.

and if she is still traumatized, she should get therapy

maybe the guy is afraid of flying so he decided to have a few drinks to take the edge off but had a few to many drinks.

WOW. i totally agree with kevin. he does deserve to be punished in some way.. but this lady should just get over it. there are more important things to be worrying about right now. my little brother has peed on me before. (on accident, obviously) and yeah it is gross but she should just let him serve his time and shut up about it.

Wow! how could someone even under the inflence of alcolhol uninate on another! This circumstance is absolutley intolerable on so many leveles! Being sentenced to three weeks in prison coulndt possibly make up for the emotional distress the elderly women faced. How sick and twisted can someone be, honestly!

That is pretty gross, but I mean come on "but she continues to suffer emotionally from the incident" that is a little far fetch yeah I can understand that it ruined her trip and I also think that he should go to jail but he was drunk.

haha, oh man that's not a good feeling.

i got peed on by my little cousin.
i was changing his diaper and he started peeing.
getting peed on by a baby is understandable cause
their still young and they don't know anything.

but getting peed on by a grown man on a plane?
that's just gross. you can't even take a immediate shower
on a plane so you have to sit it out and just wait.

ewww imagine the smelllllll. >:(
