El Llaima of Chile (yes... that volcano made famous by the story in AP Spanish "El Concierto Siniestro") erupted on Sunday, blowing out 4 miles of volcanic ash. El Llaima is one of South America's most active volcanos and has been spewing lava since Friday. This prompted many around El Llaima to evacuate.

Any thoughts about this?

haha wow. that's sad, but it brings back memories of AP Spanish. i hated that story =/ i won't lie.

Haahahahahah very very VERY glad El Concierto Siniestro is over but I must say thats pretty cool! Its sad that the people around it were evacuated and their houses were probably (obviously :) ) destroyed but isnt nature the coolest thing ever???

It could have been los fantasmas... o.O Ha ha ha!!! I didn't really like "El Concierto Siniestro", but in retrospect I guess it did improve my listening comprehension. I'm going to need a whole lot of that in order to pass the AP Spanish test... as if that's going to happen. :D

hahah youll do great Brian! I must say that my very FAVORITE part of the whole thing is when Sr. Molina tells Juan Jose "tu no eres James Bond" with the most American accent that ever existed ahahahah!
