Howling like a dog in his front yard has cost a man $400. Dwayne Ellwin Boyd, 34, entered an endorsed plea of guilty to disorderly behaviour in public in Mandurah Magistrates Court. The court was told that on January 14 police attended a home in Greenfields, south of Perth, because an intoxicated man had been howling loudly in his front yard. Police prosecutor Senior Constable Mick Fallows said police asked Boyd to quieten down, but later he yelled abuse at neighbours and continued howling. Magistrate Terence McIntyre said Boyd was "carrying on like an idiot."
this is ridiculous. theres no freedom anymore. almost every weekend i can be found on foot patrol on the streets of yorba linda howling at the moon. theres nothing wrong with that. i also enjoy teen-wolfing it on top of cars, but that is illegal...but like i was saying, howl on, brother!!!
does it make a difference that he was on his own front yard? & he was intoxicated! he obviously had no control over his actions & couldn't comprehend that howling like a dog is not a normal thing to do. i think he should've just been let go with a warning.
i dont see why this is making the news, if i get a ticket for toilet papering that doesnt make the news. where did this happen? some small town with nothing else to write about im sure...
