As one of the other posts mentioned, the Obama campaign bought 30 minutes of prime-time airtime tonight.
SNL spoofed this idea last week by making it a variety show.
One of the Obama daughters apparently said she was only OK with it if it wasn't on the Disney Channel or Nick so that her shows weren't interrupted.
Is 30 minutes too much time given the public's attention span? How should he use it? Will it make a difference?

I watched it. And it was the most inspirational thing I have seen spoken in recent years. I was completely captivated and it was the most personal I've ever seen a politician be. I'm sure McCain-iacs are going to disagree with me. But even if you disagree with his policies, and you watched it with an open mind you would be inspired. Or at least impressed. I learned so much about his background and what he actually accomplished in his career. Two things that have always been vague. I thought it was effective. Just made me even more bitter that I care so much and I can't vote.
